Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are seeking a visionary and highly strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive corporate growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation, shaping the long‑term financial strategy of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and executive board on growth initiatives.
• Oversee capital allocation, cash‑flow management, budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Direct all financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual disclosures.
• Manage risk mitigation, including regulatory compliance, legal structures and insurance.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams to achieve high performance.
• Manage investor relations and act as primary liaison for banks, auditors and external stakeholders.
• Analyse M&A opportunities, joint ventures and restructuring options to maximise value.
• Optimise financial systems and internal controls to scale operations efficiently.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business (MBA preferred).
• CPA or CA designation highly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in an executive or VP‑level role.
• Proven track record in fundraising, scaling companies or managing successful exits/IPO processes.
• Exceptional leadership ability to manage high‑performing finance teams.
• Mastery of complex financial modelling, forecasting and data‑analysis software.
