Channel Account Executive

About the role

The Channel Account Executive will be Sophos’ on‑the‑ground presence in the assigned territory, supporting partners to meet booking quotas and product targets while driving the overall channel strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Sophos’ on‑the‑ground presence to support partners in achieving booking quotas and product targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day queries for channel partners across the territory.
• Drive the territory channel planning process, defining capacity, recruitment and enablement needs.
• Recruit, onboard and enable top partners, ensuring they are trained and certified on Sophos solutions.
• Conduct joint business planning and maintain strong consultative relationships with key partner contacts.
• Align with the distribution manager to implement the channel strategy and support distribution activities.

Required profile

• Relevant post‑secondary education.
• In‑depth experience recruiting, onboarding and managing channel partners in a technology environment.
• Proven ability to develop territory and business plans.
• Knowledge of security and general software channel ecosystems.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and the local language.
• Familiarity with CRM/PRM and forecasting systems.
