CCTV Administrator – Security Intelligence & Operations

About the role

Ades Ventures Nigeria Limited is looking for a highly organized and analytical CCTV Administrator to support its expanding CCTV Operations Unit. The role is central to the company’s Security Intelligence and Loss Prevention strategy, providing administrative, operational, and analytical support across all retail stores.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily CCTV operational records, attendance rosters and shift reports.
• Monitor CCTV KPIs, dashboards, system performance and log network or camera faults.
• Update and secure CCTV registers, incident logs, evidence files and investigation documentation.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly CCTV reports, intelligence briefs and loss‑trend analyses.
• Track shoplifting incidents, repeat offenders and coordinate investigations with store managers and the UK team.
• Collaborate with ICT, HR, Operations and senior management to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
• Maintain SOPs, operational manuals and equipment inventory, and coordinate maintenance requests.

Required profile

• Minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Studies, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management, Statistics or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in CCTV administration, security operations, data analysis or incident reporting; retail or loss‑prevention experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, written communication and reporting skills.
• High level of integrity, strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities; able to work under pressure.
