About the role
Sundry Foods Limited is seeking a motivated Catering Management Trainee to join its Abuja operations. This full‑time role offers hands‑on experience in food service management, allowing you to develop practical skills in a fast‑paced catering environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations, including decision‑making, scheduling and planning while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee the food production process to ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Monitor and enhance the customer dining experience.
- Lead and coordinate the canteen crew.
- Participate in product and recipe development.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, kitchen, and lobby areas.
- Control inventory to minimise waste, losses and stock‑outs.
- Maintain positive relationships with client representatives.
Required profile
- BSc or HND qualification.
