About the role
The Caregiver will provide personal care and support to clients in Lagos, ensuring dignity, independence, and safety while following personalized care plans.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Support meal preparation, feeding, and monitor client comfort and safety.
- Provide companionship, observe and report changes in client condition to clinical staff.
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care and adhere to agency policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on personal care experience.
- Ability to follow care plans, report health changes, and work under guidance of nurses.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
- Willingness to work full‑time onsite with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
