Career Specialist – Job Application Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Career Specialist to join the Professional Branding team at ExcelMindCyber. In this role you will help cybersecurity students secure employment by managing and executing high‑quality job applications and building recruiter relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Submit 15–20 tailored job applications daily, ensuring an 85–100% ATS match rate.
• Research and identify relevant cybersecurity opportunities across platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Conduct direct outreach to recruiters and hiring managers, maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Secure a minimum of five interviews per month for each assigned student.
• Document all activities and provide weekly performance reports to management.
• Collaborate with Branding Specialists to align applications with student branding and communicate progress to students.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or career services.
• Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems and job‑application best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
