Care Operations Manager

About the role

Famasi Limited is hiring a licensed pharmacist to act as the link between patients and pharmacies. The role ensures that every order, refill and care request is fulfilled with speed, accuracy and empathy, supports pharmacies in meeting demand, guides providers to optimise prescribing workflows and manages the operations behind last-mile delivery of medications within 30 minutes. It is a fully remote position, working 8am to 8pm daily.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain efficient fulfillment processes and oversee fulfillment channels with individual customers and partners.
• Drive 95%+ medication adherence through structured follow-ups, patient engagement and monthly refills.
• Track operational KPIs such as fulfillment time, resolution rate and adherence, and identify bottlenecks.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team and foster a respectful, collaborative culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and keep accurate records.
• Support pharmacies in fulfilling orders quickly and accurately, and coordinate with providers, patients and logistics teams to unblock delays.
• Monitor and resolve out-of-stock, substitution and refill issues, and document care coordination workflows in line with clinical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or Pharm.D.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmacy, operations or health-tech.
• Strong understanding of medications, especially chronic care.
• Excellent, fast and empathetic communication with customers and team members.
• Resilient, organised and able to work under pressure; emotional stability and adaptability.
• Leadership and logistics management skills with a proven track record.
