Car Wash Manager

About the role

The Car Wash Manager will lead the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring high service standards and efficient workflow. This role combines staff leadership, customer service excellence, and operational oversight to drive profitability and maintain a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day‑to‑day operations of the car wash facility.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate staff to meet performance targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Monitor service quality, maintain operational standards, and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Control cash handling, budgeting, and expense activities.

Required profile

• Minimum High School (S.S.C.E) qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role.

Required skills

• Knowledge of car wash equipment maintenance and operations.
