Canvasser – Marketing & Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Canvasser to support the promotion of our books, educational materials and other publishing products. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, maintain relationships, and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and promoting publishing products.
• Support customer acquisition and business development activities.
• Maintain relationships with customers, distributors, schools, bookstores and corporate clients.
• Follow up on sales leads, enquiries and pending orders.
• Prepare marketing reports, sales updates and customer feedback reports.
• Conduct market surveys and gather competitor and trend information.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns, exhibitions, book fairs and promotional events.
• Coordinate timely delivery of customer orders.
• Manage customer databases and sales records.
• Collaborate with warehouse, accounts and production departments.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc in a related field.
• No prior experience required.
