About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our company and its customers in Abuja. In this position you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring professional communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information about products or services.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers while representing the company’s brand.
  • Escalate complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary.

Required profile

  • Ability to act as a liaison between the company and its customers.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Basic proficiency in using telephone systems and computer applications for logging calls.
