Business Support Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Business Support Manager will provide end‑to‑end operational, analytical and administrative support to the Regional Asset Manager for Corporate Real Estate across West and Central Africa. Based in Lagos, you will help ensure effective management of real‑estate assets, portfolio optimisation and regulatory compliance in line with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Asset Manager with portfolio oversight, lease administration, occupancy tracking and asset lifecycle planning.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards and portfolio summaries for internal and regional stakeholders.
• Maintain RES documentation, compliance records, contracts and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate site visits, audits and inspections, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring and quarterly financial reviews for CRE operations.
• Review vendor invoices, create purchase orders and track expenses.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management, Projects and other CRE partners to monitor vendor performance and enforce service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Solid financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting.
• Understanding of corporate real‑estate processes and asset‑management practices.
• Ability to work within a global financial institution’s standards and governance frameworks.
