About the role
Stanbic IBTC is seeking experienced Relationship Managers to oversee its existing client portfolio and acquire new business customers. The role focuses on sales and relationship management within the banking sector.
Key responsibilities
- Generate ideas and develop strategies to grow client relationships.
- Interpret data and convince clients of banking solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver service excellence.
Required profile
- First degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably within the financial industry.
- Experience managing small business clients.
Required skills
- Strong customer understanding and product knowledge.
- Ability to handle account opening, maintenance and related banking systems.
