This role drives organizational growth by formulating and executing comprehensive business development and marketing plans. It acts as a key link in expanding the company's market presence, securing new ventures and building lasting client partnerships. The position is full time and based in Plateau.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic initiatives for business expansion and marketing.
- Source and engage prospective clients, projects and commercial opportunities.
- Oversee client interactions and ensure timely follow-up on potential leads.
- Draft and deliver proposals, corporate profiles, presentation decks and price quotes.
- Boost service visibility through social media, networking events and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Build alliances with developers, contractors, consultants and industry peers.
- Track market shifts, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
- Organize client engagements, pitch sessions and formal presentations.
- Maintain records of clients, leads and business prospects.
