Business Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Manager to drive operational efficiency, financial performance and sustainable growth of our property portfolio. The role oversees daily estate operations, tenant relations and financial management while supporting the company’s reputation as a premium property management provider.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, forecasts and operational expenses, and monitor financial performance.
• Lead day‑to‑day estate and property operations, including facilities, utilities, maintenance, landscaping and security.
• Serve as primary contact for residents and tenants, handling communication, complaints and lease enforcement.
• Supervise construction, renovation and development projects, coordinating timelines, budgets and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian property laws, building codes, environmental and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Estate Management or related field; MBA or professional certifications (RICS, IFMA, PMP) are a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in estate/property management or multi‑site operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record managing budgets, rent collections, vendor contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and financial acumen.
