Business Manager

About the role

The Business Manager will lead daily operations at Jade Allen Consulting, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments and supporting the company’s growth in the agriculture sector. Reporting to senior management, you will combine operational oversight with financial stewardship and digital presence management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day‑to‑day business activities and staff across functions.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas and implement operational strategies.
• Maintain accurate financial records, perform basic bookkeeping and support budgeting processes.
• Oversee the company’s social media channels and online communication.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
• Assist business development initiatives and manage client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage business operations and lead teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

What we offer
