Business & Field Marketing Officer

About the role

The Business & Field Marketing Officer will drive market development and customer acquisition for SAQ Beverages across the Marina region. You will be responsible for expanding product visibility, building retailer relationships, and supporting sales growth in a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new retail, wholesale and institutional customers, generating qualified leads and converting them into active accounts.
• Promote SAQ Beverages products, pricing advantages and drive sales growth across assigned territories.
• Execute structured territory coverage plans, conduct regular field visits and map potential customer clusters.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, market intelligence and provide competitor feedback.
• Submit daily activity reports, weekly sales and lead generation reports, and track conversion performance.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, field marketing, trade marketing or business development.
• Resident of Calabar or willing to relocate before starting the role.
