Business Executive – Healthcare Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Business Executive to drive growth for our hospital by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and supporting marketing initiatives. The role combines market research, field marketing and partnership development within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and generate client leads.
• Collaborate with the Commercial/Business Development Manager on risk assessments.
• Maintain and expand relationships with doctors of various specialties to generate referrals.
• Design and execute field marketing programmes to promote hospital services.
• Analyse competitors’ products, market trends, threats and opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to the hospital.
• Build strategic partnerships with corporates, government agencies and vendors.
• Attend trade shows, events and monitor industry trends.
• Report weekly/monthly on field marketing activities and lead intelligence.
• Meet potential clients, present hospital services and escalate complex issues as needed.

Required profile

• BSc/BA/HND/NCE/OND in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• NYSC discharge certificate.
• Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Goal‑oriented and able to work independently.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
