Business Development Officer – Nigeria

About the role

The Business Development Officer will support Eudora & Aegle Management Consulting’s training and consulting division by actively seeking growth opportunities across Nigeria. You will work closely with senior leadership to expand the client base and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the training and consulting market.
• Generate qualified leads through market research, networking and outreach activities.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with organisations, institutions and corporate clients.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Track sales pipeline, report progress and contribute to quarterly business reviews.

Required profile

• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of the training and consulting industry in Nigeria.
