About the role
ClearPay Microfinance Bank, a subsidiary of Norrenberger Financial Group, is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Officer to accelerate deposit mobilization, loan origination and overall customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Drive deposit mobilization and loan origination initiatives.
- Identify, engage and onboard new clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Support the execution of business development strategies.
- Prepare basic reports on sales performance and market activities.
Required profile
- Prior banking or microfinance experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of banking products and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Target‑driven with a proactive approach to business development.
- Must currently reside in Abuja.
