Business Development Manager – Residence & Citizenship by Investment

About the role

Bridgegold is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its investment‑migration practice in Nigeria. You will own revenue generation, advising high‑net‑worth individuals and families on international residence and citizenship solutions across Europe, the Caribbean and other jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and nurture relationships with Nigerian HNWI clients, introducers and professional referral partners.
• Convert qualified prospects into signed and paid mandates, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, providing regular reporting on leads, objections, conversions and market feedback.
• Deliver tailored advisory on client objectives such as mobility, family security, education and investment.
• Present programme options clearly, explaining eligibility, timelines, costs and procedural requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in residence‑by‑investment, citizenship‑by‑investment or investment‑migration advisory.
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and high‑value client conversations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Caribbean citizenship and European residency programmes (post‑training).
• Ability to assess client suitability and document requirements accurately.
• Competence in pipeline management and sales reporting.
