Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to join our diverse team at J&G Engineering and Construction Services Limited. In this role you will develop and implement commercial strategies to grow the company’s business and increase profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver commercial proposals to prospects and generate short, medium, and long‑term revenue opportunities.
• Liaise with relevant departments to define project goals, scope, execution strategies, risk, economics, timelines and commercial viability.
• Review tenders/contracts, prepare bids to meet client requirements, and identify cross‑selling opportunities across our service portfolio.
• Build and maintain business contacts with foreign and local OEMs for project partnerships.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and demonstrations to promote the company’s image and offerings.
• Monitor client satisfaction, resolve discrepancies, and submit accurate activity reports and forecasts to management.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or B.Eng. in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development within the Oil & Gas industry.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and expand company units.
• Demonstrable commercial experience selling services in the Oil & Gas sector with strong industry links.
• Capability to produce proposals, high‑level reports and deliver client presentations.
• Strong technical understanding combined with commercial acumen.
• Leadership, coaching and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Highly motivated, able to work under tight deadlines and proficient in MS Office tools.
