Business Development Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing real estate developer, is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate property sales and expand market presence. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while building strong relationships with buyers, investors, agents and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new residential (and where applicable commercial) property opportunities.
• Develop and execute a business‑development strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and property pitches to prospective clients and investors.
• Manage the end‑to‑end client journey, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry through transaction and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Grow a network of external agents, brokers and referral partners to broaden sales channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, positioning and new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM and produce weekly/monthly sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in business development or sales within the real estate sector (developer, brokerage or proptech).
• Mid‑level professional with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong client‑facing and negotiation skills.
