About the role
Global University Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead international student recruitment across B2B channels. Working from home with regular travel, you will partner with company directors to expand enrolment pipelines for one of our universities or colleges in Europe, North America or Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee student recruitment, business development, account management and marketing events for B2B channels in the assigned region.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute sales and marketing strategies that attract and retain education agents.
- Develop, train and support education agents to promote the institution’s brand.
- Source new agents through fairs, business trips, referrals and targeted searches.
- Generate additional revenue from existing accounts and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Conduct client research and engage with key industry players.
Required profile
- Proven experience in international student recruitment for higher education.
- Established network of education agencies and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of industry trends to inform strategic planning.
- Track record of growing revenue and developing business partners.
- Highly motivated, confident presenter and workshop facilitator.
Required skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM/database management experience.
