Business Development & Growth Executive

About the role

Riskgratis Technologies Limited is seeking a commercially driven Business Development & Growth Executive to accelerate adoption of its enterprise and business software solutions. This role goes beyond lead generation, focusing on identifying opportunities, building relationships, closing deals and expanding revenue across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline targeting businesses using competing ERP, accounting, CRM and management platforms.
• Prospect and acquire new SME, mid‑market and enterprise customers through discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
• Develop proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and convert competitor customers to Riskgratis solutions.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional Riskgratis products and modules to existing customers.
• Identify and build partnerships with trade associations, professional bodies and industry organisations.
• Organise product demonstrations, workshops, webinars and SME clinics with partners.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Implementation and Customer Success teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Own opportunities from prospecting through contract signing and commercial expansion.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of B2B sales, business development or enterprise sales experience.
• Experience selling software, SaaS, ERP, fintech or enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to engage business owners, CFOs, Finance Directors and senior executives.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles with a focus on commercial outcomes.
• Existing relationships with businesses, trade associations or professional bodies are an advantage.
