Business Development Executive

About the role

Our client, Lopterra Services Limited, is a leading engineering, construction and renovation firm delivering end‑to‑end building solutions across residential, commercial and industrial projects. They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive new market opportunities, build client partnerships and support sustainable growth in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients, projects and markets within the construction and renovation industry.
• Research and target developers, property owners, architects, contractors and other organisations that require construction services.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, industry events and direct outreach.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and present tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations and maintain a robust business development pipeline with regular forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, business development or B2B sales.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management and meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the construction and renovation market.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM or business‑development tools.
