Business Development Executive

About the role

Kola Kuddus, a premium African luxury fashion house, is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its corporate and premium client base. You will drive sales of corporate wardrobes, bulk orders, wedding packages, and strategic partnerships while representing the brand’s elegant heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporations, institutions, associations and strategic markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Generate, qualify and convert leads into paying customers.
• Drive corporate sales, bulk orders, wedding packages, executive wardrobe solutions and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
• Support exhibitions, pop‑up events, client meetings and other sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Corporate Relationship Management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.
• Proactive, target‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up capabilities.
• Previous experience in fashion, luxury retail, lifestyle or premium consumer brands is a plus.
