Business Development Executive

About the role

Goldenmuv Premium Consulting Limited is looking for a high‑performance Business Development Executive to lead capital mobilisation across alternative investments, real estate and private credit. The role focuses on sourcing, structuring and converting high‑value investment inflows from high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and close high‑value investment deals across real estate, private credit and alternative investment structures.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of HNWIs, institutional investors and strategic partners.
• Structure and present tailored investment opportunities aligned with client risk‑return profiles.
• Drive end‑to‑end fundraising cycles from prospecting to onboarding and capital deployment.
• Develop long‑term investor relationships to secure recurring commitments.
• Collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to align capital inflows with the deal pipeline.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify new pools of investable capital and emerging investor segments.
• Represent the organisation in high‑level investor meetings, roadshows and networking events.
• Maintain disciplined reporting on pipeline velocity, conversion rates and capital raised.

Required profile

• Proven track record in new business development and lead generation within the investment or financial services sector.
• Commercially aggressive, relationship‑driven and able to meet ambitious capital mobilisation targets.
• Experience working with HNWIs, family offices and institutional investors.
• Strong analytical ability to structure investment opportunities and assess risk‑return profiles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
