About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence in the real‑estate sector. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and support the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers across Ondo state and surrounding regions.
• Develop and present tailored proposals that align with client needs.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to launch promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in real‑estate or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
