Business Development Executive

About the role

The Paper Packaging Company (TPPC) is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth of its sustainable paper packaging solutions in the food and beverage sector. This full‑time, on‑site position will focus on identifying new opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads, and qualify potential customers in the food, beverage and related industries.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales processes, including proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain and expand key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, marketing) to align solutions with client needs.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and provide feedback for product development and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop new business and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong understanding of commercial principles such as sales planning, negotiation, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in account management focused on long‑term, value‑driven relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability and environmentally responsible products.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools.
