About the role
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to join a leading healthcare and wellness organization in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence across the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate relationships within healthcare and wellness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, pricing structures, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, RFPs, partnership documents, and strategic reports.
- Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and provide data‑driven insights to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HMOs, healthcare providers, referral partners, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and securing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.

- Net monthly salary ranging from ₦400,000 to ₦500,000.
