Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)

About the role

We are a recruitment consulting firm seeking a digitally‑savvy Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, nurturing and closing leads to meet defined sales objectives, supporting both outbound and inbound pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, trends and partnership prospects.
• Generate leads, engage appropriate contacts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and nurture client relationships to increase referrals and repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets through strategic negotiation and pricing strategies.
• Continuously update product knowledge and monitor industry changes to propose new services.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy.

Required profile

• First‑degree qualification in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, networking and research abilities.
• Professional appearance and a proactive, resourceful mindset.
