About the role
Elidad Motion Ltd, a firm specializing in operational management, digital media and strategic business solutions, is looking for a Business Development Associate in Lagos. The role combines digital marketing expertise with sales acumen to grow the market presence, acquire quality leads and expand revenue across B2B and consumer sectors, working in a hybrid setup.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth.
- Design and run marketing campaigns that engage target audiences effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and consumer verticals.
- Represent the organization professionally online and in person.
- Work with the team lead to manage periodic in-person engagements alongside remote work.
Required profile
- Proven experience executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter.
- Strong sense of professionalism across communication channels.
- Flexibility to manage a hybrid schedule with remote duties and scheduled in-person meetings.
