Business Development and Sales Executive

About the role

DreamLife Studios is expanding its business development function and seeks a commercially driven professional to create and convert new business opportunities across hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, events and corporate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research businesses that match the ideal client profile.
• Build targeted prospect lists, prioritize high‑potential accounts and engage decision‑makers via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and referrals.
• Qualify prospects, schedule discovery meetings and prepare account briefs.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, track pipeline stages and ensure disciplined follow‑up.
• Identify sponsorship, partnership and collaboration opportunities and monitor market activity for new leads.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Strategy, Marketing and Operations teams to progress opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in business development, B2B sales or partnerships.
• Proven track record of generating business opportunities and meeting targets.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision‑makers and handling commercial negotiations.
• Highly organized, persistent and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to turn conversations into concrete next steps.
