Business Developer – Security & Investigations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to expand our footprint in the security and investigations market. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet evolving security needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security and investigations sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings and proposals.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Track and report on business development activities and progress toward goals.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Security Studies or a related field.
• At least 12 months of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within security or related industries.
• Strong understanding of security and investigations market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and business development tools.
