Business Administrative Intern – Hybrid/Onsite (Lagos & Osogbo)

About the role

Luminox Global is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Business Administrative Intern to support daily operations across its Lagos and Osogbo offices. This paid internship offers hands‑on experience in business development, client engagement, research, and administrative tasks within an international education and travel documentation consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to inform business strategies.
• Support business development and client engagement activities.
• Assist with outreach initiatives, events, and occasional field assignments.
• Prepare basic reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Participate in internal strategy and brainstorming sessions.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned, including records management and document preparation.
• Support client documentation, records management, and application file preparation under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and organise company documents.
• Support social media content creation and online engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least Second Class Upper or strong evidence of academic and professional capability.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, organised and eager to learn.
• Available for a full‑time internship from Monday to Friday and able to work from the designated location.
