About the role

The Professional Branding division at ExcelMindCyber is looking for a creative Branding Specialist to help cybersecurity students secure high‑paying positions. You will craft compelling resumes, optimize LinkedIn profiles, and produce thought‑leadership content that showcases each student’s expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimize professional resumes for cybersecurity roles (GRC, SOC Analyst, Compliance) with 95‑100% ATS compatibility.
• Tailor each resume to specific job descriptions and industry standards.
• Transform LinkedIn profiles into high‑visibility branding assets, including headlines, About sections, and experience descriptions.
• Implement keyword strategies to improve recruiter search and engagement.
• Create LinkedIn posts and thought‑leadership content on GRC frameworks, compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity trends.
• Collaborate with Career Specialists to align branding with job‑search strategies and participate in weekly performance reviews.
• Maintain documentation, progress tracking, and contribute to SOP development.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional writing experience focused on resumes and LinkedIn optimization.
• Strong understanding of ATS systems and resume‑optimization techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to produce conversion‑focused, compelling content.
• Experience thriving in fast‑paced environments.
