Branch Sales Manager

About the role

The Branch Sales Manager will lead the Asaba branch of Affable Homes Limited, driving sales performance and ensuring excellent service for property owners, tenants and partners. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on developing strategies, managing daily operations and growing the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead, mentor and coach the sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and data‑driven insights.
• Coordinate marketing activities and support local brand promotion.
• Collaborate with senior management to align branch goals with overall company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, business development and account management.
• Experience in team leadership, performance management and staff coaching.
• Strong customer relationship, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyse market trends, prepare forecasts and generate reports.
• Familiarity with the property or real‑estate sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Asaba and engage directly with local clients and partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
