Branch Manager – Nigeria & West Africa

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Lagos office and drive growth across Nigeria and West Africa. You will be the primary contact for customers, manage a small on‑site team and ensure the successful installation and service of our machines and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in Nigeria and West Africa.
• Manage and develop the local team, coordinating technicians for installations and servicing.
• Oversee on‑site purchasing, including importing spare parts.
• Support the international sales team and work closely with local customers to acquire new business.
• Handle administrative and commercial tasks, acting as the interface to the head office in Austria.
• Lead business planning, budgeting and quality‑standard compliance for the Lagos site.
• Travel within Nigeria and neighboring countries as required.

Required profile

• Technical and/or business education with several years of experience in both areas.
• Industry experience in bag production, fabric production or plastic recycling is preferred.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to work across Nigerian and West African business practices.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
