Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will oversee two clinic locations, driving patient volume, revenue and operational excellence. This full‑time role requires strong leadership to meet financial targets and ensure high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise staff and resources to achieve daily and monthly patient targets across both branches.
• Plan and execute retail campaigns, local business development activities and revenue‑growth strategies.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and profitability, preparing monthly performance reports for senior management.
• Manage, train and develop officers and supervisors, schedule staff and handle complaints.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, enforce policies, resolve operational issues and oversee billing and patient records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 3‑7 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience; healthcare, optical or retail background is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage staff and multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel between the two branches as needed.

• Computer literacy, including MS Office.
