About the role

Physio-Plus Associates Limited is a physiotherapy clinic offering personalized, evidence-based treatment for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist in Lagos who will assess patients, review medical histories, examine them physically and design individualized treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions, review medical histories and perform physical examinations
• Deliver manual therapy and exercise-based interventions
• Educate patients on rehabilitation programs and injury prevention
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Document assessments and treatments accurately and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain high standards of safety and patient care and support clinic initiatives to improve service quality and patient engagement

Required profile

• Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution and valid professional registration/licensure as required in Nigeria
• Experience in outpatient or orthopedic physiotherapy is an advantage; familiarity with neurological or sports rehabilitation is beneficial
• Comfortable working in an on-site clinical environment in Lagos within a multidisciplinary team

• Clinical expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and rehabilitation
• Manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription and use of appropriate modalities and equipment
• Clear, empathetic communication and counseling skills
• Time management, case prioritization and organization
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional ethics and continuous learning
