About the role
The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of the branch’s operations, ensuring high standards of service, profitability, and growth. This role is based in Ijebu‑Ode, Ogun State, and requires a hands‑on leader who can build a strong, accountable team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain operational standards across workshop, detailing, retail, and customer service functions.
- Drive revenue growth by cultivating relationships with fleet operators, businesses, and corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.
- Implement local marketing initiatives and monitor sales conversion rates.
- Ensure the branch facility is well‑presented, organized, and compliant with company SOPs.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: HND.
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar managerial role.
- Willingness to live and work in Ijebu‑Ode, Ogun State.
