Boutique Manager

About the role

The Boutique Manager will lead daily operations of our boutique in Abuja, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and meeting sales targets. This role combines team leadership, customer service excellence, and inventory oversight to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day boutique operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, product displays and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit sales and inventory reports to management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail, fashion or boutique management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
