About the role
The Boiler Operator will ensure the safe and efficient operation of boilers and associated plant equipment within our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, maintaining records, and supporting overall plant reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the boiler, chiller, cooling tower, and air compressor.
- Inspect safety devices daily, conduct tests, and report any irregularities.
- Monitor boiler water and fuel levels, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of operations, fuel usage, water levels, and gas readings.
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with corrective actions.
Required profile
- Minimum OND qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in boiler or similar plant equipment operation.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
