About the role

We are seeking experienced engineers to join Gladiol Nusatama’s construction projects in Marina, Nigeria. The company offers three positions – Assistant Engineer, Geology Engineer and Field Engineer – each requiring a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in planning, designing and supervising construction activities.
• Conduct geological surveys, interpret data and provide recommendations for site stability.
• Coordinate field operations, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and assist in project budgeting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Geology or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Marina and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
