Barber / Men Grooming Specialist

About the role

Excelsa Consults is seeking a professional Barber/Men Grooming Specialist to join its launch team in Ibadan. You will deliver high‑quality haircuts, fades, line‑ups and beard grooming while adhering to the Adàrá service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clean fades, line‑ups, shaping and other barbering services as defined in the approved menu.
• Sanitise tools between clients, maintain a tidy grooming station and record every service in the Adàrá booking/payment system.
• Consult with clients before services, ensure punctuality for shifts, and participate in Adàrá service‑standard orientation.

Required profile

• Professional, reliable, punctual with strong personal hygiene and presentation.
• Good communication skills, respectful client handling and willingness to learn the Adàrá Method.
• Ability to commute reliably to Iyana Adeoyo, Ring Road, Ibadan; accommodation not provided.
