Banking Sales Agent

About the role

The Banking Sales Agent will drive acquisition of new customers for our digital banking product in Lagos. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting product benefits and meeting sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold‑calling and digital channels.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of product features and benefits to prospects.
• Create awareness of the company’s banking solutions and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain schedules, track leads and sales, and submit regular reports to the supervisor.
• Listen to customer feedback and nurture repeat business.
• Stay updated on product information and market trends.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales, marketing or customer acquisition experience in a finance or credit environment.
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer‑focused mindset with relationship‑building skills.
• Energetic, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services is a plus.
