Banking Sales Agent

About the role

The Banking Sales Agent will promote the company’s digital financial products to new and existing customers across Lagos and Abuja. The role involves generating leads, presenting product benefits, and achieving sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Acquire new customers through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing channels.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Create customer awareness and respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Manage schedules, track leads and sales, and submit regular reports.
• Listen to customer feedback to generate repeat sales and maintain relationships.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product information and market trends.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition within a finance or credit organization.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services is preferred.
