B2B Sales Supervisor

About the role

Hello Products, an African healthcare company, is seeking a B2B Sales Supervisor to lead and expand its business‑to‑business sales across Nigeria. You will work closely with the B2B Manager to implement sales strategies, drive prospecting, and achieve revenue and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the B2B Manager to execute sales plans and ensure profitability.
• Develop action plans for lead generation and prospect outreach.
• Maintain accurate pricing, sales, and activity records.
• Build and nurture relationships with trade channels such as HORECA, hospitals, pharmaceutical distributors, cooperatives, and corporate institutions.
• Participate in industry associations (NAPPMED, PSN, PCN) within the assigned area.
• Manage and coach sales canvassers to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Prepare presentations, quotes, and contracts; negotiate annual bids with institutions.
• Recruit new customers and ensure proper documentation for account opening.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Proven negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Good marketing knowledge of FMCG products.
• Ability to work independently and motivate diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
