Automobile Sales Executive

About the role

Lizone Consulting Limited is recruiting two results-driven Automobile Sales Executives for a client in the automobile dealership sector. The role covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to vehicle presentations, negotiations, deal closure and post-sales follow-up, as well as developing corporate accounts and promoting inventory through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Sell vehicles to individuals, corporate organisations and institutional clients, meet sales targets and recommend vehicles suited to each customer's budget and needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators and business owners, and build a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals and direct prospecting.
• Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms, referrals and other channels, and convert them into sales.
• Promote vehicles online and respond to enquiries, coordinating listings and promotional content with the team.
• Negotiate prices and terms within approved policies and manage the transaction from enquiry through payment, documentation and handover.
• Follow up with customers, keep accurate records of leads and transactions, and report on pipeline performance and targets.

Required profile

• At least five years of relevant sales experience, with proven ability to close sales and hit commercial targets.
• Valid driver's licence and confidence conducting vehicle demonstrations safely.
• Demonstrated business development, follow-up, organisation and reporting skills, and a commercially driven, independent approach.
• Nice to have: previous dealership or vehicle sales experience, a network of corporate or fleet clients, experience selling to corporates or fleets, and knowledge of vehicle financing, trade-ins and sales documentation.
