About the role
We are seeking an experienced associate to join our litigation team. The successful candidate will work on commercial dispute matters, representing clients in both federal and state courts.
Key responsibilities
- Handle commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings.
- Provide advice and strategic guidance on commercial dispute resolution.
Required profile
- Strong advocacy skills with a proven track record in court.
- Experience practicing in federal and state courts.
- Solid grounding in commercial dispute resolution.
